Who I am

SourceWise Solutions LLC is an executive procurement advisory practice based in Northern Virginia, United States, operating the website at sourcewisesolution.com. The practice is owned and operated by Regina Council, who is responsible for how information submitted through this site is handled.

What I collect

I collect only what you choose to send me. This site has no user accounts, no logins, no advertising trackers, and no e-commerce.

• Information you submit. When you complete the inquiry form, I receive the name, email address, company, phone number, and message details you enter.
• Information you send by email or phone. Anything you share when contacting me directly.
• Scheduling information. If you book a call, my scheduling provider collects your name, email address, and selected time in order to create the appointment.
• Basic technical data. My hosting provider records standard server information such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamps, for security and reliability purposes.

I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and I do not collect special categories of personal data such as health, biometric, or financial account information.

How I use it

Information submitted through this site is used to respond to your inquiry, schedule and conduct conversations, provide the advisory services you engage me for, and maintain ordinary business records.

I do not sell your information. I do not rent, trade, or share it for anyone else’s marketing purposes. I do not add you to a marketing list without your consent, and I do not use your information to build advertising profiles.

Confidentiality of client information

Procurement work involves commercially sensitive material — supplier pricing, contract terms, spend data, and negotiation positions. Client information is treated as confidential, is used solely to deliver the engagement, and is not disclosed to third parties except where a client directs it or the law requires it. Client names and engagement details are not published as references without written permission.

Service providers

I use a small number of established providers to operate this practice. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function:

• Website hosting — serving this site and recording standard server logs.
• Email — Google Workspace, for business correspondence.
• Scheduling — Calendly, for booking calls.
• Form delivery — to transmit inquiry submissions to my email.

These providers process information on my behalf under their own terms and security practices. I do not authorize them to use your information for their own marketing.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising cookies, third-party marketing pixels, or cross-site tracking. Fonts are loaded from a third-party font service, and the scheduling link opens a provider-hosted page that may set its own cookies necessary for booking. If that changes, this policy will be updated before any tracking is introduced.

How long I keep it

Inquiry submissions are retained while a prospective engagement is under discussion and for a reasonable period afterward for business record purposes. Client engagement records are retained as required for professional, contractual, tax, and legal obligations. You may ask me to delete your information at any time, and I will do so unless I am required to retain it.

How I protect it

This site is served over encrypted HTTPS connections. Business email and files are held in access-controlled accounts protected by multi-factor authentication. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send highly sensitive material through the website form — contact me first and I will arrange a secure method.

Your rights

You may request access to the personal information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, ask me to delete it, or ask me to stop contacting you. Email regina@sourcewisesolution.com and I will respond within 30 days.

Residents of Virginia, California, and other jurisdictions with comprehensive privacy laws have these rights by statute, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. Because I do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, there is no opt-out of sale to provide. If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to object to processing, to request data portability, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

International visitors

This practice operates in the United States, and information submitted through this site is processed there. If you contact me from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and handled in the United States.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with an updated date above. Material changes affecting how I use information already collected will not be applied retroactively without notice.
