Year-End Contract & Renewal Review
Know which supplier contracts to renegotiate, renew, or exit before 2027 spend is locked in.
A 2–3 week review of your upcoming renewals and largest supplier contracts, delivered personally by me, with a fixed fee agreed before work begins.
What you receive
Four Deliverables
Everything is written for a finance audience: what to act on, why, what it is likely to be worth, and what should happen first.
- 01
Renewal and commitment calendar
Every material renewal, auto-renewal, notice date, and price-increase clause for the next 12 months in one view.
- 02
Leverage ranking
Your top supplier contracts ranked by negotiating leverage, risk, and timing—not just by size.
- 03
Negotiation plans for the top three
Objectives, market context, levers, positions, and timing for the contracts that matter most.
- 04
Executive readout
A short summary and a working session with you on priorities and next steps.
How it works
Two to Three Weeks, Light on Your Team
- Week 1
Gather
You share an accounts-payable or vendor spend extract and your key contracts. One kickoff call.
- Week 2
Analyze
I review contracts, terms, and spend, and build the calendar and leverage ranking.
- Week 3
Plan
Negotiation plans for the top three contracts and an executive readout with you.
Fees
A fixed fee, quoted after our first call based on the number of contracts and suppliers in scope.
90-day fee credit: if you engage me to lead or support the resulting negotiations within 90 days of the readout, the full review fee is deducted from that engagement. You never pay for the same groundwork twice.
Why now
Leverage Disappears After the Notice Date
Most negotiating leverage exists before a renewal or notice deadline, not after it. Once a contract auto-renews or a budget assumes this year’s pricing, the chance to reset terms is usually gone for another cycle.

Next step
Find Out Whether a Review Is Worth It.
A 30-minute call is enough to tell whether your upcoming renewals and supplier contracts justify a review. If they don’t, I’ll tell you.
